What to bring with you

Don't forget your identity card!
If you are in possession of recent RX images, you may take them with you or mail them to info@lovadent.be. This way, taking another photograph may be avoided. At your first visit, you will be asked to fill in a medical history. You can already save time by filling in this form. You can fill in the form here. For this, it is important that you know or bring your medication list.

For appointments, you are asked to be present 10 minutes in advance . This allows us to help everyone at the scheduled time.

General agreements

After each treatment session, payment is made immediately. This can be done either in cash or by bank contact. Wire transfers are unfortunately not accepted.

Appointment cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not kept will be charged at €25 per half-hour of booked time. Only after payment can a new appointment be made.

Are you a new patient?


During your visit to the dentist, you can use our car park. You are only allowed to park here during the duration of your treatment, so that every patient can enjoy it. Furthermore, the practice is perfectly accessible by public transport, bicycle or on foot. Other parking facilities in the immediate vicinity are Parking Ladeuze (Mgr. Ladeuzeplein 20) or the car park of the Heilig Hart Regional Hospital (Naamsestraat 105).
